Since opening in July 2022, Roman Landings has become a favourite spot for families, friends, and visitors to the Walmer Green seafront — right next to the beautifully refurbished public paddling pool.
Make a day of it with a visit to our on-site café, serving Costa Coffee, freshly made pizza and a range of drinks from our fully licensed bar. The kids will also love our mini car track, perfect for some extra fun after a round of golf!

Within our brand new beach hut kiosk at the main Adventure Golf entrance we are proud to be serving Costa Coffee and Solleys Ice Cream as well as a great range of softs drinks, snacks and refreshments.

Had a great day there today, been a few times but always forget to review. Had a lovely bit of food and a few drinks in their outdoor seating area which was clean and tidy, food came out in decent time and was enjoyed by all (also very reasonably priced). Followed it up with 18 holes, which again, is well maintained, clean and well themed. Kids then had a go on the electric cars on their mini race course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lucky to have this in our town. Will use it more often for sure. Oh and to add, staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our time there.
Here at Walmer Adventure Golf, we have an electric car track for ages 5 – 12 featuring Sela Cars and we have 6 great electric cars to choose from. £3 per session or £5.00 for 2 sessions.
Our lovely paddling pool is free entry and open seasonally (weather dependant) from Whitsun half term.

My husband and grandson really enjoyed their game around Walmer Adventure Golf, 1st time he has been with his grandad, my 13 year old grandson won by 6 points!! 80 year old Grandad upset. They had a lovely time.

"We are very excited to see Roman Landings come to fruition on the stunning coastline of Walmer and Deal.
This is the culmination of a two and a half year project where we have worked closely with our designers to bring this fantastic course to life that children and adults alike will love - while ensuring it fits in with and reflects the immense local history and heritage of the area.
As well as a half million pound investment in the course the adjoining paddling pool has also received a facelift and a new antislip floor coating has been added. Fifteen new jobs have also been created.
This is just the beginning for this unique site, we have many further exciting plans which we will be announcing very soon."
